Innovating what 21st century government will look like…

Pacific Reach Innovations worked with a local government to update the provision of government services to citizens. The client wanted to focus on strategies to pull government services online, and allow citizens to participate in activities such as contacting local officials, paying bills and fines, accessing and researching public resources, and providing public input for projects. Central to this objective was replacing voice and data infrastructure with a centralized solution to track service profiles and ensure their completion. Streamlining communications infrastructure and building a simple, cost effective interface is already saving the clients millions of dollars.

Building stronger, more responsive online banking infrastructure…

Coordinating seamless communication and account management between customer service personnel, bank branch tellers and managers, and customers is essential to ensuring quality banking services. Pacific Reach Innovations worked with a rapidly expanding bank to provide scalable customer service solutions and account management interface. While we maintain a presence with the client by providing technical support after building out this interface and providing full support for infrastructure technology, the client controls core banking applications. Pacific Reach Innovations was able to design an interface that was uniquely tailored to the needs of small businesses, an identified core customer group for the bank.

Accelerating the delivery of education services…

Pacific Reach Innovations worked with a United States university to develop a cloud interface for students and faculty for assignment submission and evaluation, communication between professors, teaching assistants and students, and accessing university library resources. The university wanted to focus on providing a seamless interface, with real time access to course materials and assignments and a robust security infrastructure in one dynamic cloud, while also creating a scalable infrastructure to host manage different types of accounts.
